This half day session will include using the web portal to:
– set up training courses
– assign tutors and venues
– register learners
You will also learn where to find all the important documents and information you need to deliver and process Trident courses as well as tips about how best to submit your learners’ documentation. The course will also discuss common problems that can cause delays to results being processed and prevent learners from applying for their SIA licence.
Attending this session will benefit Centre Administrators and Centre Co-ordinators.
